Milestone M32 updates

Let's go through what we got done in Milestone M32 (Mar 10 - Mar 23).

Enhancements

• Addressed performance and consistency issues reported by the active_record_doctor gem by adding necessary indices, removing unused ones and adding validations at both the database and model levels.

• Upgraded Node.js to v22.13 in NeetoReplay lambda functions.

Bug fixes

• Added logic to handle rrweb internal errors in the NeetoReplay widget.

• Replaced unpkg CDN URLs with jsDelivr.

• Fixed a race condition in ParsedSessionUpdaterJob.

• Added logic to attach the replay session URL to the Honeybadger context for issues raised by the widget.
