Neeto started with a single helpdesk ticket in July 2020. Since then, we’ve launched new products, crossed milestones we once thought were far away, and had a few memorable Product Hunt days. Here is how Neeto has grown, one milestone at a time.

#### It all starts with one support ticket

On July 17, 2020, our helpdesk receives its first customer ticket. Three months later, we buy neeto.com, and what started as NitroHelp becomes NeetoDesk.

#### We bought neeto.com and became Neeto

After trying names like AceInvoice, AceHelp and Nitro, we wanted one name that could work for every product. In October 2020, we bought neeto.com for $4,895, and Neeto was born.

#### NeetoKB came to life with its first help article

Our second Neeto product was now live, giving customers a place to find answers on their own.

#### NeetoChat had its first live chat conversation

Our live chat product was now in action, letting businesses talk with website visitors in real time.

#### The first quiz is built on NeetoQuiz

NeetoQuiz goes live with its first quiz, bringing quizzes and assessments to teachers, trainers and hiring teams.
