Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for October 2024.

Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 1985 (↑ 70%)
Number of form submissions in NeetoForm: 1338 (↓ 24%)
Number of invoices generated in NeetoInvoice: 92 (↑ 1%)
Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 815 (↑ 18%)
Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 4973 (↑ 23%)

NeetoDesk

NeetoDesk now handles mail delivery subsystem replies, eliminating spam in tickets.
NeetoDesk now lets you mark tickets as spam, automatically removing the original message thread from Slack.
NeetoDesk now supports editing comments.
NeetoDesk now lets you CC someone while replying.
NeetoDesk's Slack integration now allows you to add notes to tickets directly from Slack.

NeetoCal

NeetoCal now supports global theming.
NeetoCal now supports generating one-off meeting links.
NeetoCal now provides the ability to limit the total number of bookings possible with a meeting link.
NeetoCal now lets you set the number of business days into the future where slots are shown.
NeetoCal got some new sets of dark themes.
NeetoCal now lets you change the first day of the week.

NeetoChat

NeetoChat widget now supports Arabic, Dutch, German, Portuguese, and Italian.
NeetoChat's Slack integration now eliminates duplicate messages and automatically removes spam tickets from threads.
NeetoChat now lets you to add execution delays to automation rules.

NeetoRecord

Based on user feedback, we have moved "Theme" to the top navigation bar for better accessibility.
NeetoRecord now supports folder creation for better organization of your recordings.
Embedded videos now include the video title, making it easier for your audience to know what the video is about.
NeetoRecord now automatically generates a summary of your video, providing a quick overview of the recording’s content.

NeetoForm

NeetoForm now lets you freeze/unfreeze and rearrange columns on the submissions table.
NeetoForm now provides API access to your forms and submissions, allowing you to create customized workflows for data retrieval.
Reordering, cloning and deleting your form elements just got a lot easier with the new floating controls.

NeetoKB

Validation problems that were preventing articles from being published are now fixed.
NeetoKB's "Clone Article" feature now also clones attachments.

NeetoCode

NeetoCode now supports external packages on React projects. Now you can use Axios for HTTP requests, Ramda for functional programming, and TailwindCSS for styling.
NeetoCode now offers a layout switch for terminal-based environments.

🖥️ Technology Updates

NeetoRecord, a Loom alternative, is built as an Electron app. Farhan wrote two blogs covering Building and publishing an Electron application using electron-builder and Creating a synchronized store between the main and renderer processes in Electron.

NeetoCourse allows anyone to build interactive courses where they can add code blocks and assessments. Sayooj wrote a blog covering how we evaluate JavaScript code and check if the output matches the corresponding solution.

We decided to use Elasticsearch in NeetoCourse to improve the search experience. Sayooj wrote a blog covering our changes and what we learned during the process.
