## **🚀 Product Updates**
#### **NeetoCal**
- NeetoCal now lets you [attach a RefID](https://roadmap.neetocal.com/changelogs/refid) with notes to your scheduling link, giving you instant context for every meeting.
- NeetoCal now lets you [update the meeting location](https://roadmap.neetocal.com/changelogs/change-video-link-or-meeting-place) after booking, without rescheduling.
- NeetoCal now lets you [add booking form questions](https://roadmap.neetocal.com/changelogs/response-visible-only-to-host) with responses visible only to the host, perfect for internal notes or context when someone books on behalf of others.
- NeetoCal now adds delta numbers to both [booking](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/booking-report#booking-trends) and [revenue reports](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/revenue-report), providing percentage comparisons to help you track growth or decline over your selected time periods.
- NeetoCal now lets you set a [main host](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/multi-host-meeting#choosing-main-host) whose integrated video platform will be used to generate the video conferencing link for bookings.
- You can now attach a private note to a [one-time scheduling link](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/one-off-scheduling-links#adding-note-using-one-time-scheduling-link), which appears in the meeting’s Notes tab once booked, giving you instant context before the call.
- NeetoCal now allow you to choose multiple payment methods, so that you can provide your clients [multiple payment options](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/accept-payment-online) during checkout, like UPI and cards, and your clients can choose what works best for them.
- NeetoCal now supports multiple languages on the package purchase and confirmation pages, giving clients a more localized and consistent experience.
- You can now set a delay in days for workflow emails sent after a meeting, making it easy to schedule follow-ups, feedback requests, or reminders.
- NeetoCal now automatically includes additional guests in the calendar invite when using the Add to calendar option, keeping everyone in the loop.
- NeetoCal now lets you hide the 12hr/24hr format picker on the scheduling page for a cleaner, more streamlined UI.
#### **NeetoRecord**
- NeetoRecord now lets you [save recordings locally](https://roadmap.neetorecord.com/changelogs/save-directly-to-local-machine) right after creating them, with the option to skip uploading or do both at once.

- NeetoRecord now shows a direct link to the billing page when you hit your limit, making upgrades easier.
- NeetoRecord now lets you [share recordings by timestamp](https://help.neetorecord.com/articles/share-recording-at-timestamp) directly from the public watch page, making it easy to highlight specific moments.
- NeetoRecord now lets you hide the ["Watch on NeetoRecord" and "Copy link"](https://help.neetorecord.com/articles/recording-options)buttons on embedded recordings for a cleaner viewer experience.
- NeetoRecord now lets you [move recordings to folders directly](https://help.neetorecord.com/articles/folders) from the recording page, making content organization effortless without returning to the main library.
- NeetoRecord now includes a volume graph in the editor helping you easily spot sound and silence making editing smarter and simpler.
#### **NeetoForm**
- NeetoForm now delivers better performance by optimizing slow transactions and database operations.
- NeetoForm now supports webhooks at the workspace level.
- NeetoForm now supports passing query parameters to the redirect URL.
- NeetoForm now supports filtering submissions using terms and conditions.
- The issue where embedded forms wouldn’t open the first time in the preview shown during configuration is now fixed.
- The issue related to filtering submissions based on custom date field responses has been fixed.
- The issue with the Stripe integration redirect URL has been fixed.
- The issue with custom messages not displaying correctly for closed forms has been fixed.
- The issue with HTML entities being rendered in description fields has been fixed.
#### **NeetoDesk**
- NeetoDesk now ensures all links in the UI and emails respect the workspace's custom domain, with sensible defaults and options where needed.
- NeetoDesk now includes an automation rule to add tags when a GitHub issue is created, synced across all Help workspaces.
- NeetoDesk now supports sending ticket emails from customer domains once verified using DKIM authentication.
- NeetoDesk now handles attachments more robustly during bulk ticket migrations by isolating errors to specific faulty attachments.
- NeetoDesk now tracks the original sender on forwarded emails by adding a keyword in the subject and attaching this information to the ticket when an agent forwards on behalf of a customer.
- The issue causing a runtime error due to duplicate attachments in incoming emails has been fixed.
- The sidebar on NeetoDesk now displays exact ticket counts, even for numbers exceeding 999.
- The issue preventing customers from reconnecting a manually added email to a mailbox via Google or Microsoft has been fixed.
#### **NeetoKB**
- NeetoKB now records only the most recent keyword in quick typing sequences, reducing noise and improving the accuracy of search tracking.
- NeetoKB editor now blocks oversized file uploads before they reach the backend, preventing errors and improving the user experience.
- NeetoKB EUI sidebar now shows draft categories, with draft articles in lighter color and tooltips indicating their status.
- NeetoKB now supports keyword search across all categories, subcategories, titles, and content for faster access to relevant articles.
- Managing categories is now easier as articles can be created, updated, and moved between categories directly from the article page, with categories shown as a tree and grouped like folders in the sidebar.
- NeetoKB now has improved database indexing to speed up queries, reduce lookup times, and accelerate data retrieval.
- NeetoKB now allows anyone with the URL to access draft articles without login, improving collaboration and review.
- The issue where users without admin access could see the sidebar when visiting the admin panel URL has been fixed.
- The issue where searches on the preview page were incorrectly logged has been fixed.
#### **NeetoPlanner**
- NeetoPlanner now lets you copy task links directly from the board view with ease.
- NeetoPlanner now supports file uploads up to 100MB, doubling the previous 50MB limit.
- NeetoPlanner now offers faster, simpler GitHub connection via `Admin Panel > Integrations > GitHub for one-time setup`.
- The issue where task links weren’t working properly in the activity feed has been fixed.
- NeetoPlanner now lets you easily clone tasks to save time and maintain consistency.
- NeetoPlanner now threads outgoing emails by task, message, chat, or document for better context and continuity.
- NeetoPlanner now lets you open tasks in a new tab with right-click or `Cmd + Click` for easier multitasking.
- The issue where users continued to receive notifications after being removed from a task has been resolved.
- The issue where users weren't redirected correctly after transferring a task to another project has been fixed.
#### **NeetoWireframe**
- NeetoWireframe now features a refreshed properties panel with a concise layout, added opacity control, and more color options for selected elements.
- NeetoWireframe now has visual improvements for individual elements, delivering a clearer and more consistent look.
- The issue where groups and containers lost their child relationships when cloning pages or projects has been fixed. All elements and parent-child links now copy correctly.
- The issue where deleting elements in cloned pages affected elements in source pages has been fixed.
